Infobox exam may be used to summarize information about course.
Usage

Parameters
- name
- name of the exam. Use the shortened name, or the most commonly used. If omitted or blank it defaults to the name of the article.
- image
- image name (abc.jpg, xyz.png, 123.gif, etc.)
- caption
- text for caption; rendered below image.
- website
- use main webpage for testing organization, if relevant
- nexttestdate
- the date of the next exam date. Use the {{Start date}} template.
- signupby
- last date to sign up for the exam
- cost
- estimated cost of exam
- signupwith
- a teacher, if at school, or blank if ordered through the website
- preparation
- test prep links
- location
- the location of the test, usually the school, or "Chosen by student" if ACT/SAT.
